    But more seriously, I cut my first two holes yesterday. Not bad but if I were to do it again, I would have screwed the metal hole saw on tight so there was no wobble rather than backing it off and using the locking pins as they recommend.
    Progress: 80% - Permanent install left.

    Have you guys seen the 'nibbler' tool or something? drill a hole, stick it in, and 'nibble' little pieces out.

    And about that laser...seriously, anyone know anywhere i can get metal plate laser cut? looking at emachineshop.com, but they are rather pricey.

    they only do square (well the only ones at jaycar) holes. And they need quite a large hole. (for a fan mite be ok - but would take forever for a 80mm holes :S
