best way is going to take the screen apart and bondo the front part of the case to the
bezel. then put the screen back together.
Here is my current setup... (Im going to take out the two vents.)
How can i get![]()
or this flush in there
I have about 5 inches height and 7 to 8.25 inches of width to work width.
Either LCD will fit.

EASY!
1. get a dremmel (spinning disks cut all) $30
2. take the screen out of case CAREFULLY!
3. cut the height of the screen (take out the vents first)
4. USE SUPERGLUE...thats right.. on top and the bottom superglue the front plastic case top and bottom corners to the console hole.
5. the holes on the side can be filled incovered with tape in the backand then filled in with bondo.
6. make sure you put bondo in the cracks and NOT ALL OVER YOUR CONSOLE and the plastic frame...just fill in the cracks or the empty space on the sides.
7. dont do thick layers and be patient and let it dry
8. after sanding into a nice shape. (dont sandwiht hands, use a 3m sandpaper holder thing.) then use spot putty...very think layer to fill in tiny holes,
9. PAITING: a. primer b. vinyl black color
10. spray 2 layers of primer and let it rest. Spray 6-10 " away! almost sprink it wiht it.!
11. after that spray the vinyl color ...sprinkly...take 5 layers, wiht 20 mins in between. ths is very important, as you dont want to overspray to make shiny parts. Just folow left and right throughout the piece and then let it rest for 20 mins.
You should finish in a day if you start early afternoon.
