    The faceplate I'm going to offer is for the user to mount their Lilli screen and board into to maintain a factory appearance in their Golf/Jetta.

    The quote that you referenced was from someone who misunderstood what I was looking for.

    Just got back from meeting with the machine shop. The drawings are going to be tweaked before I have them make a prototype. I have an appointment with them Thursday afternoon 3/24 at 3 to review them again.

    We're getting closer! I just got back from the machine shop and I should have a prototype piece by the end of next week - 4/1. With a part in hand, I'll post pictures of the prototype and solicit your feedback. Things to keep in mind are types of finishes and treatments you may desire to the bezel that frames the monitor itself ala this.

    Dude, I would flip if you could get a fabricated piece like that! I definitely think brushed aluminum is the way to go but, a black color matched bezel would appeal greatly to OEM people. Keep up the good work man.
