    Not to be a party pooper but in those photos it looks like the bottom edge is a little wavey, You get the best results and cleanest edges when using a block sander

    awesome job, man, looks nice and flush. i'm about to start my monitor molding to my dash in my ram. what type of "liquid" plastic did you use, and where did you get it? thanks.

    How are you finding it on bright sunny days? My 8" lilliput is often unreadable. I'm thinking of mounting it deeply recessed in a shroud as a result.
    Progress: 80% - Permanent install left.
    Motion LS800 Tablet PC and dock.
    Vista, Bu-535 GPS, RoadRunner, MPT2006.
