Not to be a party pooper but in those photos it looks like the bottom edge is a little wavey, You get the best results and cleanest edges when using a block sander

Picked up the SEM stuff at Tri-City Paints on MiraMar - an automotive paint supply store

awesome job, man, looks nice and flush. i'm about to start my monitor molding to my dash in my ram. what type of "liquid" plastic did you use, and where did you get it? thanks.
