I haven't had a chance to test it out yet in full sun (it's been raining steady for the past couple of weeks, and I just completed the install) - I'm hoping this recess will be sufficient. I'll let you know.

No, these are the stock buttons that come with the Lilliput. The link below gives you a step-by-step of how I did the fabrication.

Wow, you are my hero. Those were my exact plans for my truck. With the AC controls in the Expi overhead console and everything. Glad to see someone has succeded before me.

I don't think this is a car PC system, only a PS2 or something. Still, the screen fit is awesome! I wonder what he used. Can anyone tell?
It is a truck just like mine, a 2003 super crew F150 Harley Davidson Edition.

I did get a reply here it is:

It's a 9" Icon flipdown widescreen taken apart...

I was going to email Armin to try and figure out what we could get with touch screen that would fit the same as that, just haven't done it yet. I am not sure but in the pictures it looks like it make have the picture cut off on the edges all the way around it. In other words just a little too big. I cant tell for sure though.

I just sent the guy another email asking if he could see the whole screen or if it is blocked a little by the radio trip bezel. i will post his reply.

You have to file just a little on the top or bottom.I can see mt whole screen,9" widescreen fits perfect

I also emailed Armen to see what he can help us come up with. The only thing I found on the web was this...

It is a stand alone dvd player. not really useful for what we need.
