Yes, but who really plays Lotus 2 nowadays...?
here is a link i found today which amazed. This guy only has 7 mhz processor speed. Check it out.
has anyone used it before?
How the hell does that play MP3s? my calculator is more powerful.
thats awesome. i <3 commodore
im pretty sure its cheap as well....it only cost him 100 euros. but wut os is he using?
I claim BS! No OS is going to require 6MB of ram and reconize the 4GB HD. even if you used MS DOS 4.0 or higer you cant play MP3's. all it will play is WAV files at max of 8 Bit decoder. And that is on a good day! Crap just buy an MP3 player and some speakers that can plug into a 12V power souce. Yup I still claim BS on this guy.
Edit: Ohh and Wireless? Sure!
I believe it.....
Well for those that dont know much about the comodore amiga, it was definately ahead of its time. ROBOCOP was done on the amiga back in the 80 with a Video Toaster. THe Amiga was a work horse. It beat Microsoft and Mac's to a windows looking os. Amiga's name was the workbench. 7 mhz was the stanard and if you wanted to be the cream of the crop you got the 14mhz.
The Amiga was a true multi tasking computer. It had 3 main chips that did its own function, the only name I can remember is Denise.
So yes this is do-able, however we all know that 4gb hard drive isnt going to get you much these days, but when I had my amiga 2000. I had a 20mb hard drive. That was alot of storage back in 88-90.
In conclusion, its nice to see that someone is able to use good old reliable hardware. We are talking about a computer that is from the mid 80's.
umm.....you're telling me that you cant play mp3s in dos....? what crack are you smoking?.....go back to using aol and thinking that computer viruses come from when a laptop runs off into the forest and has sex with a monkey.Originally Posted by mr9802
