Texture coating

I'm looking for a texture coating to give my dash a OEM look after sanding.
I know that SEM products are highly recommended, but I live i Europe and they seem hard to be found over here. The several car shops I went to didn't even know that such a product exists

.
So I'm looking for another brand that seels this type of products or a reseller in europe (preferally in Belgium, Netherlands or Germany).

Thx for the advice but I have already contacted the european (Belgium-Netherlands) distributor and they found me a shop where they sell the product. I should have it next week.
