    Screen and Fiberglass

I've installed 2 Xenarcs... Both needed fiberglass.. I did cover them both with fiberglass, so I have a problem with the touchscreen.. Sometimes it seems that a spot is being pressed (after 3 sec right click appears )... I am sure this is from the fabrication.. What do you guys do in order not to have such problems?

Did you disassemble the screen when you did the fabrication work? Make sure the backside of the bezel that contacts the touchscreen is perfectly smooth and flat.

Yeap, I disassemble it and sanded the contacts...
I will try more sanding I guess... Anything particular I should do?

Maybe test the TS loose and uninstalled? Make sure its clean? Also make sure the bezel isn't warped in some way after fiberglassing, such that it may be applying pressure to the touchscreen in one area when its assembled.

I think (from what I can see from the mouse pointer) some pressure may be applied on the left side of the TS.. BUT I've smoothened it a lot!! I will give it another try!!

    Thanx!!
