    Fabricating new headrests

As the monitors are too big for the headrests, I decided to fabricate othere headrests that would fit the monitors I got from Armen (Thanks again!).
As I couldn't find any Ford headrests, I got some random ones wich I stripped leaving me with only the metal bar.

This is how they turned out:

As the distance between the bars was too small, I gave them to a friend of mine and he welded a pice of metal between.

Here you can see that the headrest was too small for the monitor to fit. I've read Altimat's tutorial for small headrests, but these were too small for that.

I then cut other 2 pieces of MDF for the front of the headrest, and attached it to the frame. I don't really trust glue, so I used screws.

I used two pieces of thin wood to attach the monitor shroud to the frame.

Time for the foam to be applied. So I made an MDF box for the foam to expand in.
