    Arrow Custom panels, materials

    Hey,
My goal is to re-shape the door panels. Long time ago i've seen some kind of foam which you could shape to your own preferences and them make a mold of it. I have no idea of where to look for it or whre to search for alternate product, so help me out

    Thx,
    Danny

Has anyone ever tried using the same foam that surf boards are made of and carving it into the shape you need?

Alpine did this with some of the parts of there show cars. Just wondering if anyone on here has tried it

what I would probably do it use some expanding foam to get your shape, then cover with tin foil and apply fiberglass over top. Cheap 'n' easy
