Pick off all the bits of plastic and melt it in acetone and then mold in a large 10.4" LCD. You will need phidgets to replace those melted aircon dials and it looks liek your ciggy lighter wiring may be damaged so you may as well run the screen off your PSU.
And while your are at it you might want to retrim those seats as they looka bit worse for wear and get e momo sterring wheel.
You could also put a 7" LCD behind the sterring wheel so you can see how fast you are going and what revs you are doing but you had better check to see if the ODBII sensor is still in exisitance first.
Looks like it will be a great project but make sure you run a fused 8 gauge supply to your PSU as you don't ant to cause any wires or nuthin.
