hmmm, dunno what to tell you there. I just cut my 1/2" plexi with a trim router and that worked pretty well
I got my plexi order yesterday, 6 square feet of .375"What I didn't realize is just how thick and hard the thing is
Any hints on how to go about cutting it?

Rotozip, bandsaw, jig saw. Straight cuts, table saw or radial arm saw.

Plexiglass is acrylic and it cracks easily. Polycarbonate is what you want to use.
You can cut it with a bandsaw, table saw, etc. Just use a blade for plastic.
Fabricator
dont let it get hot by hanging around in one place for too long.
Treat it like glass/tiles. Score it down where you want to break then use a tile cutter.
