Placed my order with Janus recently...it's been a painful wait however it's being shipped from Germany to California. Pics will be posted once i receive it...an added bonus from the seller was that i was emailed detailed instructions with pics on how to install the bad boy!

Has anyone ordered and received a BMW Bezel From Janus? I still waiting for mine....just wanted to see how the fitment is since it was produced by a mold.

Hi Boys

All is ok...for sure! I got emails last two days, that some guys are still waiting for the parcel, especially to U.S. I chose the cheapest way here in germany with DHL normal "land parcel" which have human pricing. As information i got that shipping can take up to 3 weeks. Since all parcels are insured, we are on secure side. With the first charge some guys in europe and norway emailed me that their bezel has already arrived. I will check all "open" tracing numbers next two days and email you.

Sorry, but i can´t influence tracing times. I´m doing this way of delivery around the world the first time and also surprised that in some caeses it takes so long ...as option i will pick up faster shipping services by Air-UPS or DPD which can also be traced by html-pages. Of course for higher prices. Hope this makes waiting then more confortable.

I´ll keep you informed

I ordered a bezel from janus, the only thing that took time is the money transfer, once the money was in his account the bezel was sent within 3 working days to my aramex shop and ship account in the uk. from then it took another 3 working days.

This is the first time that i order an item from a person and not from a company and having the money wired. In a world where anything can happen i was glad to find out that janus is a trustable person.

I am very anxious to receive mine!!! I wish I had an option for faster shipping. I paid on May 20th and have still not received the Bezel...that makes close to a month now...

Ok guys good and bad news

I phoned now with DHL service.Good news are all bezels are still on their way, since insured it´s really unpossible that something will not arrive. Bad news is time and i must clearlly say, i was totally informed wrong!The lady in the post office told me 2-3 weeks, which can be ok by 10€ shipping price.Up to 6 weeks now, because it goes via ship. The only word i can say is sorry, i didn´t know this before.

0049 (0)69/97502140

Leave out the 0 before 6 and you get exact information where your bezel is atm. Again sorry, first aim was cheap price, but i see that was too cheap.

Information: Parcel left europe and is on the way to US and will enter new York

I sent all parcels 2-4 days after payment.Please check your date and also call this number. They are familiar with english

another news. Ferdinand Tang, a seller from Indonesia got his bezel last week. So shippment per Ship can´t take so long. In his case excatly 3 weeks.
Again i repeat, the prior aim was low shipment costs of 12€ insured. I phoned today with a lot of parcel services and pricing for air-mail express, which takes 5-7 days to U.S.A costs between 82-89€. Iloxx was cheapest, UPS most expensive. So take that in consideration!

Next time i will pick up several options for shipment and list all durations and prices.

Again sorry for that guys in u.s and canada who are still waiting, After max. 6 weeks we can take research
