So heras are some more fabrication pics of what I'm working on right now. hope ya like em.
the first pics are mounthing the lcd into the dash with plastic I had left over from the interior panel I cut to add the sub box
the last one is the start of my sub box mold

Yeh its gonna be a false floor with the carputer and amp under it...the amp is visable through the plexi window, I had the window pulled when I took the pics. The floor is going to be covered with polished diamond plate.
Yes I left the sceen in the bezel when I molded it in there, i just masked it of with plastic and masking tape first, i didnt want the headache of taking the damn thing apart again, last time I had it apart I had to send it back to china for repair.

you shoulda just bought a replacement housing and worked on that molded it in and when you perfected it move the screen into it..theres a chance to ruin your touchscreen overlay working on it like that
yah probably, the screen works just fine though
