My 2002 Honda CR-V Xenarc fabrication thread

I need to do something similar to the bottom of my Xenarc screen. I have the front housing of the screen with me but not the actual screen. I have managed to cut the botton off using a hot blade/saw but i dont know whats behind it in the actual screen. What did you do with the buttons and the inside of the screen ? Did you just cover it with the dash panel and not cut the inside portions ? Would love to see pics of the inside part if you have them.

I removed the inside parts, and worked on th housing. Don't dare cut the Xenarc plastic without removing the insides first!!!

Oh i wont try that at all, i wanted to know about the portion inside the housing. Once the housing is cut from the bottom, wont the inside electronics stick out from the bottom ?
