Anyone know where I can pick up one? The car audio stores around here have Double to single, but I want to throw in an eq.

you can just put in 2 single din units top and bottom... that = double din

(what I understand from what you wrote) you dont need one. Install the bottom one (eq) then install the top one.
there is an adapter out there, there was one for my car and its a gm so there should be one. They just have to be iso mounter (without using the cages, have to screw into the holes on the side) but other then that works fine
