    Epoxy or FiberBondo ?

After using Fiberbondo to fabricate two bezels I've been seeking out an alternative. As you know Fiberbondo is VERY messy but gets the job done. I'm also comfortable working with it.

However I've seen poeple using Expoxy (don't know what kind) But it looks much easier to work with. My question is what kind are you using and where can I get it. Also whats its cost going to be (roughly) Thanks guys/gals!

If you do use epoxy dont use the 5min crap kind. Get a decent kind. I have used one from 3m that is medical grade stuff, that stuff is freekin gnarley. It takes a good 1/2 hour to 45 min to cure and then 24 hour hours until fully hardened but i applied it to some Poly Propolene plasitic and there is no way in hell its cracking or coming off.

i purchased a sheet of it from mcmaster-carr it's pretty cheap, i got a 12x24x1/8 sheet for about 7 bucks. you can also use black abs pipe to melt down.
