What product did you end up using for filler? How did you keep the filler from covered the holes for the buttons? Thanks

I've smoothed the small grooves between the buttons and around the screen and I was carefull not to put filler in the holes. I filed away the bits of filler that got in the holes once the filler dried. I also removed the led above the volume +- button. I forgot to take the transparant plastic out before I started sanding, so it looked like ****. I just put filler over it, sanded and sprayed it. Now you can't tell there was a button there, unless you knew it was there before.

    Thanks!

As said a couple of posts above:

I've ended up using "Alabastine Polyester Plamuur" :

Yeh and it has a blue led behind it, I removed it because I never use the remote anyway.

hey meelobee, in the beginning of the thread you said something about filling small holes with a filler primer? I'm using polyester plamuur as well but having lots of those holes, what did you use for those?

I first tried to get them filled as much as possible with the poly plamuur, applying plamuur, sanding repeating that like 20 times ,which took a while (a weekend) untill most were gone, then I used Alabastine Spuit plamuur (filler primer) to fill the last pits But that didn't really work, the filler primer is not thick enough to fill holes, to me it looked like normal primer. (maybe I didn't apply it thick enough)

So basicly I did most with the poly plamuur and alot of patience. Also using some kind of spatula (creditcard or something like that) really helps.

Would fiberglass resin work as the last step to fill in all those stupid little nicks and holes on the bondo? b/c i am right at this step right now, and it is so annoying.
