edit: Here's the link to the actuators. They're $99. Looks like there's a $60 controller for the actuator too that can be set to operate on ignition.
Been taking my dash apart and found that there is no way a linear actuator will fit up there to flip it up - looking into some kind of motor also, but it doesn't look good at this point for a motorized screen.
