Anyone use UK suppliers, or can help with a fabrication?

    Hi Guys,

Hmmm, Now I am looking at fitting a Lilliput 7" TS in my dash (See Here) And relocating my components including A/C and removing my HeadUnit completely... I have managed to wreck my H/U by trying to make it a remote fascia so i am looking for someone who can solder and simply solder 2 x 6core Cat5 cables to the H/U and 2 x 6core Cat5 cables to the fascia so it is mountable on the sunvisors with the actual H/U surrounded by foam and mounted under my drivers seat bolted somehow..

I want the dash to be similar to this one, except where the H/U is there will be a Casetronic Travla C134 Black

The C134 will fit in the H/U Space so thats going to be ok, and I will fit a DVD Rom in the case so now dont need to worry about mounting it in my dash...

But, need some help with actually fabricating the dash to look right, wouldnt mind making a complete console replacement with some help... I can solder a little, but those who read my pioneer post will say i cant lol....

Urm, Cash, Beer and a new friend in it for the lucky lucky person lol... Only kidding... Tell me what you want

Thanks in advance for any help

Dont use cat five, get some alarm cable, same size but its multi-=starnd so will deal with the vibration, cat five will fail.

really? ok thats cool, just in all the other remote fascias ive seen they all use cat 5 because you can use couplers to joint the wire in the middle making it really easy..

Its not a problem as i have 15core alarm cable in the garage so no worries

    Thanks for the input

Thats cool, is there any other way to contact him (on a forum etc) or should i just email him?

Only thing is manchester is about 3 and a half hours away from me, not a huge problem but how long does a fabrication take, im guessing it wont be a just a day lol...
