has anyone had experiance with different materials fading from the sun? I used a thick weaved type of felt for covering parts and over time it started to fade. Im thinking of switching over to a suede, velour, or anything else that doesnt fade.

damn so velvet is out of the question. i wonder if velour is any good against the sun
what you have to do is buy the fabric from an auto upholstery store. they have special uv resistant fabric that will last longer.

yeah you need to look for something UV stable. But i wonder if a bit of suncream would help
There is a uv protective spray you can spray on cloths but it might make it rought and not as soft. Not sure.
yeah i was gonna say that but sun cream sounded better
