Ive got 8" wide to work with, the board is 6.6xx".

The case is 10 inches x 8 inches and 2.125 inches tall. (its .125" bigger with the lid on) Should fit your app tightly. The plate I added to the bottom it is rivited on but it is not necessary to mount that plate. I was thinking about mounting the case first with screws inside of it then adding my hardware but i opted for the external mount holes, makes it easier to move/remove the system for maintainence, etc. This should fit your bill. Im planning the first batch of 3 for production and this will be for the via m10000 Motherboard. I have the file perfected and want to get some of these cases on the market so I can get some feedback. Here are some updated pix of my "near - completed" on board computer.

Perfect. For some reason, one of the pics you posted showed the case was 10" on the I/O side, instead of 8". Now that I know its 8" Im ready to pay when you let us know a paypal.

I noticed your not really on here every day. With doing a group buy youll need to be, or if theres an email you check every day that would work.

The very first post i swaped the LxW dimensions on accident, but yes the I/0 port side is 8" Also the case in the pictures above is 11" long, I forgot that I added an extra inch for intake and exaust fans. The original is only 10" long and everything WILL fit that size but you will have to cut openings because fans will not fit. Im not on here everyday (although i try to be) Ive been involved with my a few larger projects with my company and its been consuming my time. I finished one of them yesterday and the othersshould be done very soon. Usually I fabricate things like this case on the weekends because I actually have time, and the phone is not ringing off the hook, and I dont have to make sure employees are staying busy. Ive been putting in a LOT of hours on the CNC machine lately, the better i know/program this machine the faster/cleaner I can produce stuff like this case.

Im still waiting on my P.S. (m2-atx) and I will post up pics when i get that installed so you can see how everything fits. It is going to look smooth, I found a speciality round IDE cable with only a primary plug and its wrapped in steel mesh. If that doesnt scream automotive application I don't know what does. But yeah im a nazi when it comes to wiring stuff so this is the area I will spend time to make sure its clean work, I don't wan't spaghetti and if there is wiring everywhere it just blocks the fans from circulating air. Anyway Im going to try and get that batch of 3 M10000 cases started this weekend. Ill let you guys know how it goes

Looks like now I only realistically have 7-7/8" - 7-15/16". I most likely will still buy the case, but may have to made some modifications to it.
