use epoxy
Well I have been searching for hours and really can't find what i'm looking for.
I'm having trouble on how I should mount a lcd to the dash. I have the lcd all apart and the dash piece out. But I just don't know how I should connect the 2. I was thinking jb weld or something along that line. And after that I will bondo and paint. I am just really lost on how to get it ready for bondo. I will try to post some pics tomorrow that will help with what i'm trying to do.
use epoxy

if i ever have to fabricate a screeen into a dash again i think i'll use the ABS shavings and acetone method... just for something different. to me it seems like the best solution for gluing ABS.

Sounds like you're not really sure about exactly how to get that screen into the dash. Post some pics, making sure to show the various angles and clearances and folks here will be able to offer advice.
Start with what kind of car it is....you may find someone who has done this already by checking the "Show off your projects" forum.

Ok Its a 04 WRX. Here are my ides.
Take and cut the screen housing on the red lines here
Then cut the dash piece here
and mount it flush here, epoxy (or something) and bondo and sand smouth
and then figure out a way to mount the screen
I got it all how I want it I just really don't know what to use to get the best hold
I'm not worried about the bottons because the remote is a full funtion one and I am going to move the ir receiver
dude the way you have it now looks nice. ill give u my opinon tho. cut the button panel off. paint the housing for the lcd the same color as the bezel. after it dries go back behind the bezel how it is now and epoxy that ***** in there nice and tight. this way your not really messing up your bezel and it will look really nice and factory. it will give it a nice recessed look. DONT cut your bezel!

I think i got to cut the bezel or eelse the screen won't fit right. Well at least have to cut in on the top and bottom. See these pics. And I really don't want it sitting in that deep from the dash.

I'd only cut the top and the bottom. That will give you something on the sides to attach to or glue to.
Seems like you could fashion some kind of brackets that would attach to the sides and line up with the ones that are sticking out of the sides of the screen. That would take car of solidly mounting the screen.
Then, cut the existing bezel as you planned.
