Thanks. I will post pictures with dimensions tomorrow, because I have them at work.
If I remember correctly case is ~7.15 wide, 4 high and 6 deep. I designed it to same dimensions as head unit it will replace in my Legend.

    Pictures of bezel:

Looking really good AXM. I must say that planning is what really determines whether your carPC will be successful or not. If you ask me, I'd have my money on your setup working perfect. I'm looking forward to seeing the autoCAD export and determining how the chassis can be made. I've added on-the-fly toolbit change support to my router so I can drill all the holes now before I cut/bend the final shape.

On another completely different note, I've released my frontend skin that runs this system. I know this thread is mostly about hardware but I needed a totally custom frontend to finish it up. You can check it out in this thread:

The specs on my DD chassis are 7" deep, 7" wide, and 4.75" high. If you look at the design though the 7" depth is only for a small part of the chassis to hold the mobo. The rest of the depth is 6".

I downloaded your skin and really like it, good job. I working on my own with a different control layout but same idea: simple and fast.
