what kind of laser do you use? we have one at work that I have messed with a TINY bit, but it burns/chars the plexi when I use it to try and cut. I can etch with it (raster mode) but when I try to cut (vector mode) it doesnt work. We have a Legend Engraver 40 watt CO2 laser. I was originally only going to use it to etch a logo on the plexi case I am making, but if I could figure out the cutting as well, it would be that much better.
