how about this? move the ac controls down to where the gauges are then get rid of the 12v out or i donno put it where i put the bottons. put them beside ur gear nob. i think that would work and it would look nice too.

I think you should start a dedicated thread for his. It seems a rather complicated work to flush mount a screen in there. If you won't that, the HVAC unit has to go from there. The downside is, you don't have a lot of options on where to relocate it. For ease of installation and keepinfg the warranty, I'd say a motorized unit, or a flip down roof monitor.

It's nice, but I don't think it's doable. The gauges seem to be bigger than that panel.
Relocating the gauges somewhere else rather than the center console (maybe like Rich said, to a pillar) is the way to go...
