What the status on these? any idea on price? what lilliput monitor is this for? i read this post but didnt see a monitor posted.

i have the 619 in it now but it should fit others.

I'm making the mold right now, I'm such a perfectionist when it comes to this stuff that i keep sanding it and making it as smooth as i can. and i can say I'm finally happy with the finish of it.

im working on it, i just keep failing at making the silicone mold myself.

I have been shopping for places to make it for me, i've been getting quotes for like $600 for the mold and then 20 minimum bezels made.

I got the bezel done i just need to be able to reproduce it now...

I know there will soon be others selling for MKIV but it looks like they will be around $180~ i still want to bring mine in around $100.

Looking to cook one of these up myself for my mkivgti. Putting in the 7" lilliput, Wouldn't a slim single disk drive fit in perfectly where the cup holders are. I was debating keeping the cup holders, I know it's stupid to keep drinks bouncing above a headunit, although the cup holders do work well, I never had anything spill on my old headunit. Anyway I thought If I had to dish out a feature, It would be stylish to insert cd's in that spot, I don't know how it would integrate into the front end but might be nice.
