    Vinyl information

I searched the boards and only found pictures of stuff after people have covered it in vinyl (consoles etc)

What type of vinyl should I look for. I am going to be fiberglassing a custom center console for my 1990 prelude, but I am concerned that I will not be able to make it look stock. Vinyl would be the only logical option IMO.

How do you apply the vinyl without seams or visible bubbles, or folds. People talk about using heat but don't give any details on the subject. My project will have some curves but nothing too extreme. How far can vinyl go before it looks like junk?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
