Cooool. Big screens are great, you don't want to have to squint at a small screen in the middle of a drift.

I wish I could do a project car like yours. Does the pods or the top of the screen get in the way of seeing the road or anything? I can't wait for update.

to be honest im probably gonna hook up a little switch to turn the screen off when i need to concentrate on driving, having it brighter than the road and right in your face could cause problems. At the moment i estimate that the top of the screen may *just* protrude into my line of sight, the gauge on the very right will also sit just inside my line of sight. However im going to sand back as much as possible to prevent this.

Interesting tact. What kind of foam is that?

FYI, IIRC fiberglass resin will dissolve most foams, not sure about that kind, but you better test first. Hate to see you melt all that work.
