I didn't ask anything about heaters.
You can get a cheap infra-red heater that mounts to a propane bottle for about $20 from Harbor Freight or Northern Tool. They heat up a LOT of air pretty quickly.
Shadow;
Rent a heater at a local equipment outlet store. Just make sure to get one with a blower so you can direct the heat where needed. You may want to help it along by adding a little extra hardener into your mixture, just don't over do it!

Actually, they are Pioneer grills that I dremelled off the pioneer logo, and colour matched the silver on the exterior paint. Unfortunately, Infinity doesn't have grilles, so I had to improvise. At the time I was still loading my golf clubs in the back and didn't want them bouncing off the cone all the time. Now that it is show, they are basically in there to house the LED's that make the speakers glow at night.
As for mixing it hot, I indeed did that one already! But i think that the heater would definitely work. I'll try that next time.
OK so where do you guys get the dowels to mount the MDF ring? How hard is it to mount the dowels and ring? Since I am off for school for a month I am goign to start my firberglass project! Acetone is the solvent that you will use for cleanup, basically nail polish remover of the industrial grade. If you have polyester resin, then you shouldn't need epoxy. Basically epoxy and polyester are 2 types of resin that you can use, with good and bad points to both.
As for the dowel, you can buy them in rods at Home Depot, or if you really want to macgyver something, use left over mdf or wood cut into strips. If you are in canada i'd recommend wood as the MDF we have up here is different than that of the american variety, and doesn't hold up well when cut into strips, it splits VERY easily.
should i get acetone and the epoxy? What is the acetone basically do? You said clean up? What does it clean up? and what aboutthe epoxy what do you do with the epoxy?

So i was able to go to my local marine supply store today and I picked up some Polyester Resin (with hardener) 3m blue masking tape, some paint brushes, and I just need to get some fleece. But b4 i begin I want to ask a couple more questions.
How many layers of glass/resin should the inside of the box get?
And on the outside fleece part how many layers? I know the average is 7-9 layers.
Now how do you initially reinforce the fleece to the box? Do you stretch it and glue it to the box? Or is there another method?
The sub I have is a JL 12w7 and the sub is 9.5inches deep and it needs at least 1.375cu ft. I really dont want to make mdf rings, can I buy them at a local audio shop?

Well i started yesterday, but I have only 2 layers on it so far. I dont have a lot of time during the day so I do what I can. Tomorrow i will be able to take the mold out and I am going to have to sand down/dremel a lot of the bubbles and edgy parts. But here is my WIP:

Right, after the first failed attempt which kept me from an xmas party, and a change in plan, I started again Saturday. Got the rear taped and masked off, then laid down the first layer of glass Sunday. With the assisance of 2 space heaters, the glass was cured in 1.5 hours. Still letting it sit in the truck for the rest of the week. Thankfully the smell fades... Next weekend will be the reinforcing layers, and glassing in the box floor and top with all of the bracing. Once that is dry, I'll mount in all the speaker rings, then fleece the front. Then a few weeks of sanding.... we'll see what happens from there. Either I paint it myself, or take the boxes to a local body shop for paint.
I will say I have a new found respect for anyone who works with fibreglass for a living...
