    but i'd agree, if only doing one pod, MDF would be a lot easier, and less work in the long run

    Ok I fixed the holes and I got done with the bondo and its also primered now, which i'll get pics of right now, but here's my progress so far...

    Here it is all primered. I still have to sand out some imperfections, then paint. I'm going to let this dry overnight, then sand and paint tomarrow night.

    Do you guys have any painting tips? I will be using silver duplicolor paint to match the exterior of my car. The interior now is a textured dark grey/blackish color. So if you have any other color suggestions that may match that and look better go ahead and suggest it. But im especially interested in any tips on painting this dash, since I've never painted anything before.

    How should I prep it for painting?

    Should I wash it with something first?

    Should I sand it when I'm painting?

    things like that. Thanks for all the help guys, this project is turning around I think.
