looks good, just make sure you clean up that fiberglas on your carpet, and what sub are you using, cause that box looks huge
It's my first attempt and I didn't/don't know what I'm doing. I was really concerned about resonance so I erred on the heavy side. But you're right, it's a tank.
Here's a couple of shots of the finished sub.

Huge! You got that right. It ended up being 55.5 liters, which equals 1.96 cubic feet. I'm using a JL 10 w6. JL recommends 17 liters or .65 cubic feet. I don't know how to estimate internal volume for custom non linear enclosures. So I guessed and was I surprised when 55.5 liters of water went into it.
I'm building a new one now because I didn't like how that one came out.
Well, today the weather is very nice so i did 2 layers of fiberglass. I'll do two more and that should be fine.
looks good, and sorry if this has already been brought up... but whats the extra fiberglass for? mounting something, like an amp or computer on it?
I'll mount an amp there after the enclosure is finish.
What's the best way to cut out the sub hole?
