Thread: please help: NEED A swivel device for overhead monitor

I am planning to use the current overhead light console to custom fit a screen within the shell. By cutting the shell and planting the screen monitor on top i would like to be able to swivel the screen down (open position) and up (concealed position). Think of it as a laptop which opens and closes - but upside down. i hope the description was somewhat clear.

I am looking for a single arm to swing open and close but if dual arms are the only thing i find, i can make that work also.

If anyone knows of links to supply stores which may provide this i would appreciate it.
