Lilliput buttons moved to different location in dash?

ok i just got a lilliput 7inch screen, and the screen will fit very nice if those buttons at the bottom are not there, i would like to somehow rearrange the location of them to either go on sides or just move the panel elsewhere....

any ideas? i have a 2006 civic SI

i was looking at that... but it looks like they just moved them arround... i mean like rearrange them? so they could fit on sides?

once you extend them with wires, you could put them wherever you wanted.

can you extend the wires with any kind of wire? and can you disconnect some of the buttons? i wanted to keep only a few buttons and disconnect the volume buttons, but im scared i might break it lol.
