    Remember those 18's ?

    Well seeing as we're not really having a winter here in NYC I've been working on the car. I recently upgraded the electrical system and added two optima yellows to the mix.

    Here are some progress pics of the 18's enclosure. Mainly I've been doing test fittings and LOTS of sanding. I've got about 7 layers of glass + a solid layer of bondo glass on there and I've been following scott and GTI's advise all the way through. Thanks btw!

    Sealed ( small ) 2.0cF
    Sealed ( ideal ) 2.5cF
    Sealed ( large ) 3.0cF

    I've definetly cleared small. I'm hovering between ideal and large at the moment.

    The enclosure looks small but its deep.

    that box doesn't look like 2cuft in that pic because of how much displacement the sub is taking up. if it were me, i'd use some dowels and extend it out some more just to be safe.

    if i were him i'd measure instead of just moving it out some more :-)
