Need some advice on fabrication method

I'm looking to fabricate a custom pod that will contain my V1 display, digital gear display and led rpm meter. I have each of the displays already as separate pieces. I am looking to creating a single integrate pod similar to the one in the picture below, but more simple without so many digital displays.

What do you guys suggest would be the easiest way to fab something up like that? I'm still a novice at fabrication, so I'm looking for a techique that is not to difficult.

do you have pictures of all components? regardless, those are probably all made from abs so i'd start with the original housings and graph them together. for the v1 display; to save space, you could replace the arrows with simpler led's (it'll be more stealth too) and just extend the wires from the pcboard to the holes drilled in an abs 'plate' then mount that then when you have the basic layout graphed together, then take the plastic piece over your steering wheel and graph that with the new panel that you had made. shouldnt be too hard

scott_fx- thanks for the input. I understand how to make the display part based on what you said, but I'm not sure what is the best way to seal it all up. Should I just glue abs plstic to the sides?

yeah. use some abs sheet to fill up the larger gaps and then use the abs sludge to glue and fill. then all you ahve to do is sand/fill/sand until you're happy.

basically...
rough it all out with solid pieces, when you have the general shape go and fine tune it with filler and sanding
