I'd like to see how this stacks up to the WRX kit as far as completeness.. ie, can I bolt this in a double din opening and (with a install kit) and get the same results for $85? or do I need both your double DIN kit and a solution to mount the LCD?

Personally, I would like to see a monitor housing like the WRX kit but out of plastic, so I could mold it/epoxy/whatever to my double DIN install kit.

Hey Guys, Thx for the interest, and thank you Rick for the order.

I am in the process of updating my website, a complete re-write actually, adding pics, links and other helpful information to help you select the right kit. Should be online within the week. Balancing my company, doing work for a few other companies, working on a second degree and keeping my wife happy takes a LOT of energy! Bear with me.

@tjbrewster - I have vehicle specific chassis kits for the 04 F-150 with and w/o the metra trim kit.

    Thumbs up

    Blk02si,
Very interested, all I need is some more specs on the case to pull the trigger and buy one. Can you provide basic dimensions? Also, I'm not sure an F150 mounts the same as a superduty....the radio mount is not bolted to the dash supports it's kinda snapped in the dash bezel..a real PITA to install. If I'm missing something please clear it up for me. A little more info and I buying one.

Here are some pics of the generic kit, complete with mounting brackets. This kit requires you drill and tap holes for your specific mounting requirements. (clean install)

Very neat and clean looking case with a very customisable mounting arrangement. I'm sure this will wow the car PC community globally. Keep up the good work.
