I tore the car apart yesterday and it looks as though I am going to be removing the stock radio. What do I use to receive fm though, just go purchase a tv card w/ radio and an amp?

i had such a hard time finding it myself, i just started making it on my own out of discarded pop cans and christmas tree ornaments. Flattening it by hand was killing me so i have since switched to driving over it repeatedly until i have something foil-like.

ditch the stock radio and get an aftermarket one.
But the LCd where the radio now.
Move the HVAC control to the bottom and the aftermarket HU in between the 2
or leave the HVAC where it is and the new HU on the bottom openning.

Much less work and hastle than keep the stocker.
Well, unless there is a darn good reason to keep like those funky GM stuff that tired to the HU.
