How can i get the vote delay to reset once the voltage is released? Once i release the button the vote delay is still active until it expires. Is there any way that the vote delay can expire immediately after the voltage is released, this way if a person wants to repress the buttons at a faster rate it will send the key stroke each time the button is pressed even if still within the vote delay time?

    Thank you,
No because that is the whole point of the minimum vote time to prevent that.

So I am guessing the votes work?

2K1, i finally got everything set up in my car and for it working great.

Thank you for all your help and effort in helping me out.

Im sure you know this already, but I was having a problem where MDX would not detect the FB. A simple unplug of the USB and replug worked, but if i close MDX and Reopen, it would not detect again.

This is not affecting me now because i got it working and dont need to close MDX, but it made it a pain when troubleshooting.

Anyways once again, Thank you. Cant wait to get my FB v4 to play around with.

Okay I have been studying the tutorial, and I believe that my steering wheel set up is not covered. I believe that I have a 2 wire type steering wheel system, but both wires are control, and ground is a third.

Here is the picture from the manual: As you can see, both wires listed have resistance, and they are the same value as the other wire for the opposite event. In other words seek up & down are each 165 ohms, but up is on terminal wire 16 an seek down in is on terminal wire 20.

I want to start just by wiring this all up, and then do the software side next.

Any direction for this would be helpful. I know that since FB does not read resistance I will need to build a voltage divider and since I have 2 wires, I would assume that I would have to build 2.

    Thanks in advance.
