Is there any sensor that can safely detect current from secondary battery?

It's becoming more and more clear to me that i need to have some time of monitoring on the current of my auxiliary battery in the car. Being that I've had my FB modified to keep reading sensors while off, i'd like to have it integrate. The current sensor the FB store sells says its good up to 50A, i have an 80A max battery. Anyone know of a sensor i could use?

100A for under $12. Seems like a decent deal.
