I'll guinea pig that case statement with it. I'll probably just use the white arcs since someone has already made them. Jury's still out on the new look, although I think it's more in line with the original intended theme. With maybe the white arc just inside, in the black area, and a digital read-out in the middle.

Variable-Rate, Press-hold functionality!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, I didn't use a case switch statement, because I wanted to see if I could get this to work, first with as few unknowns as possible, and I've become pretty familiar with the functions as they are. I'll try to integrate the case switch next. Halfway through this video, I show where clicking on the bottom half of the button DOES NOT register an upclick, appearantly. Refer to the post with the dials for the function statments that I used, I also explain it a little in the video. This also shows the Arc that I can't get to start at 8 oclock for some reason. Also, sorry about the bad audio and audio delay.
So here it is, without any further ....

I took the functions shown above and applied them to my DAC bit outputs for my fan control. I made another video. I tried to keep it short, and I also placed it on youtube to avoid the massive download. I think it's pretty cool even though, just for the press-hold, a minimum of 5 variables, 2 buttons, and 7 functions are needed.

Dont know how I missed this video earlier today, but I looked at it, that helps explain a lot. I originally thought you had made a 5 speed for those fans, but it didnt make sense based on the analogue output, but now I see you have full 6bit variable speed and those are just test buttons for the digital readout of the bits... It is all clicking now I think.

I will see what I can do.

I should be able to apply the push-hold to this page within a week or so (have a few other things I'm doing).

In addition I have to build 2 fonts, work on some of the things mentioned in the auto HVAC thread, like tying the analog outputs to the dial inputs, specify what input level sets auto, work on the FB OK relay, and a couple other digital outputs, and then I'm going to plug it in my car and document on video that it works.

looks like I'm going to be ripping out a lot more OEM controls than I thought.
