MDX rotation images?

I've been working on my speedometer skin. Now that I have images to put in MDX, my searching has lead me to believe the current version rotation image function doesn't work. Can someone point me in the right direction?

You have to do it manually in the config file, not through the configurator unfortunately.

Anybody have an example of manual rotation code for this?

Yes can we get an example. I found an old example but am not sure where to put it in the code. And it gets over written if I do anything in configurator.
