I would suggest waiting for Uber. It should be out within the month. It will completely take over the other versions and the other versions will be retired to a download archive.

Currently, it is 99% functional. I am being plagued by an error on closing, and then a mild inconvenience with image scaling. Once I sort the error on closing it will be released. I have hired an expert DirectX programmer from my own pocket money to speed it along. I have never done DirectX before this, so it is a learn as I go. I got it all working except that close error, so I hope with the hired hand it will be functional and releasable within the month.

I am not sure about it being the "final" but I have absolutely no plans in the near or not-so-near future to re-write it again. I do imagine lots of improvements and additions as well as optimizations in the future. I would however say it is final for the next year at a minimum unless something drastic is brought to my attention.

Uber XNA is fully functional right now. However has steep hardware requirements.
Uber MDX is the 99% functional one.
