Just like any application. The shortcut that points to the program whether it be on the desktop, in the start menu, or you make a new one, open it up, and after the "C:/...Uber.exe" put "-debug" with the quotes. The path will be quotes.

Okay, I made a shortcut on desktop, I still dont understand about where you put ''-debug'' at. when I double click on the desktop icon, I just get an error message like always. this whole fusion brain is very frustrating to me. All I wanted to do is use my steering wheel to control my volume and tracks. I guess Im just going to have to use my air wireless mouse which does what I need it to do all the time. It SEEM THAT NONE OF THE PROGRAMS EVEN WORKS! Im not a programmer, there should be some kind of basic instructions with the software.
Version #2 is 100% complete, functional, and error free. If you do not want the newest version then you can use that.
Uber is still in beta. There are issues. It installs on my machine and a few others that I have tried. I just got the error you are receiving for the first time the other day. Beta testing is not for everyone. It is pretty much completely out of beta now, with the advent of the installer. I just have to add some more error catching and it will be done.
As to getting the new error code, right click the shortcut, choose properties. There will be a box with a path to the program. Just like adding testmode to Streetdeck. You add debug to this.
You are free to use to whatever you want, but getting it to work is not hard, and is proven by many customers. I can offer help and am trying to do and will continue to try and help you. The advanced features of the Uber edition is the reason I suggest it over version 2. But a beta release cannot be compared to a non-beta release in stability for any program. And documentation should be available very soon. Until then I have been answering questions timely both here on mp3car, and through emails at the store.

at MS.XNA.framework.graphics device manager. check for available supported hardware
change device (boolean force create)
Ok, then it is just as it sounds. Your video card does not support DirectX9 and/or Pixel Shader 1.1. Therefore XNA will not work on that computer period. This lack of support for old/outdated/basic hardware is why I am currently replacing the XNA code with pure OpenGL or DX.
If you want this working tonight, then you will have to use Version 2.

also this installed on my home desktop(intel dg865glc board). In my car I use a micro-atx board which is intel dg965ss board. it has the graphics media accelerator 3000x video(intel gma x3000)
