I have attached one of your relay units and tested it using a multimeter.

I am using the Diag Skin from your skin download Page. Its the last one on the list.

Is there a debug command that can be sent to enable the outputs? 2k1Toaster mentioned that the new versions of FB firmware require that the outputs be enabled each time the values are set.

If you're using version 2.2 or greater of our software, it enabled outputs automatically.

I guess it's possible your board is defective, although that'd be extremely odd. If you send it back, we will exchange it free of charge. Email us for details.

Please get version 2.2.1 from this link:

and use the included skin file.
