That table is the outpin pin to number. The LEDs are in the right spot, but the pins got switched around some how.
Ok just got back and tried to open an old file I made and it works like it should.
Am I supposed to get 12 volts out on the output that lights up when I command it on?

Ok thanks, thats much better, I thought I already burnt something up.....
don't mind me, i'm just the hardware guy....
you'd have to go really far out of your way to burn something up on this board. It's survived reverse polarity, direct shorts to ground, etc...
Just so you know I found and fixed that bug where it would add non-required files to the require field, and leave out some required ones! I found out I was checking the wrong list. There are seriously like a gagillion lists going on. I dont know what I would do without them! (lists are like arrays, but can be any size and dont need to be reinitialized to a new size when they overflow, they are a lifesaver.)

New fix seems to work nicely for the problem I described, thanks.
For some reason when I click to save the file, I choose to save it in my MDX-26-03-2008 folder so I can test it, if there is a FusionConfiguration.xml file in the folder it will ask me if I want to overwrite it, I click yes and it appears to have done it, but it doesn't overwrite the file, I have to delete the old file from the folder then go back to the configurator and save again.

Uploaded a new file.
It now only asks to save on close if something has been changed since the last change... Or at least that is the idea. It works so far, let me know if it errors for you.
Also I converted the way graphics are drawn to static functions so now when the program loads a file, it can draw out the preview image without having to edit and save that page.
I am still working on some of the other things.
