Is this the most recent software? Has this been updated for 5.0?

The link stays the same, the software keeps updating. You will probably see an update download after you use the installer, I dont think the big package is the newest right now.

Any plans on x64 support? I'm going to need to set up another machine just to run the mdx software until x64 is supported (Win 7 that is).

I installed Windows XP mode in Windows 7 x64. The software installs correctly (I think). The drivers load fine and all is well in the world. I can go into the configurator and it sees the brain and I'm able to add the unique number.

The road block is that the Fusion Control Centre software won't start. I get a "Fusion Control Centre UberMDX has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

The event viewer give me .net runtime 2.0 error reporting event id 1000. It looks like it's almost working.

Edit:

I got it working. I installed it on my xp laptop and got the same problem. I fixed it by uninstalling dot net 2, 3, 3.5 and then I installed just 2, 3, and 3.5 without the service packs. Then I installed dot net 1. I rebooted and then ran the installer again. It looks like it installed MDX files this time around that it didn't the first time. It worked afterwards. This worked inside my Winxows XP mode running inside of Windows 7 x64 as well

Interesting... It should not work with x64 systems (yet). The new software that hasn't been released yet does work on x64 7/Vista/XP but it is still being programmed.

Any idea on when the x64 version, or beta will be released?
