  • Infill G4 Volume & Mute soft buttons are proprietary

The orange glowing (soft) Volume up & down and Mute buttons on the Infill G4 ONLY WORK in StreetDeck and not in XP in general. This is annoying. Why can't you just tie them to the soundcards volume like any other volume slider in XP works (tray applet, the audio control pannel, external keyboard volume controls, that silver metal knob thingy).

So how can it be a StreetDeck bug if it does work in StreetDeck? It's rather a G4 hardware feature. If you're interested, here are the key code G4 generates for those buttons:
    Alt-4 - Volume Up
    Alt-5 - Volume Down
    Alt-6 - Mute

Good point. However there is no G4 "option" for this bug tracker. And since StreetDeck (the company) is the ONLY US DISTRIBUTOR, it's kind of under their umbrella or jurrisdiction IMHO. Thanks for the key-codes, however it really doesn't help me too much. I can't very well go changing the source of various programs to adapt to this. SD needs to get Infill (or whomever) to change their driver so the soft buttons hook into the regular volume controls and are transparent (as one would assume in any sort of sane logical world).
