  • WTT: Via Epia V10000 (+cash?) for old dual-lan mini itx motherboard

I have this v10000 and mini itx case lying around, and I'd like to turn it into a router/file server. The problem is, the v10000 only has 1 LAN port and I'll need to use the PCI slot for an SATA controller. I'd just use one of the dual PCI expansion cards, but the case isn't set up for that.

So, I'm looking to trade for another mini-itx that has 2 on board LAN ports (or one LAN + 4 sata ports)

i'm sure you've thought of this, but what about a usb ethernet adapter instead of dual onboard lan? trust me, if i had a board with dual lan i'd trade but just tossing out the suggestion incase you dont have luck.

That may be an option, but I'd probably cut up the case a little bit before going the usb-ethernet adapter route

I don't believe tat are any miniITX boards with dual LAN onboard.
Just get a USB ethernet adapter.
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
        How about the Wiki?

Under normal circumstances, a signature would go here.

          HUH?

here's about 20 different boards, all mini itx, all dual lan.
There are plenty more out there too.
