    Quich question...

Does the 5.6 touchscreen overlay kit fit on a 6.4 inch screen? Meaning, does the 5.6 represent the actual viewing area or the overall size??

And if doesnt fit on a 6.4, are you able te acquire the 6.4" overlays?

    Thanks.

      Hi Dima

5.6" Panel will be a little to small for 6.4" monitor. I can try to get a 6.4" for you if you know you want it.

      Let me know
      Armen.

How does the screen actually deploy? I see on the picture of the unit, on the www.digitalww.site, that the front seems to be composed of two panels, (black top panel, and silver bottom panel) there looks like there is a tab of some sort in between the panels in the center...

So, what is the process for getting the lcd out of the housing?

                    Thanks

The in-dash housing has a locking mechanism and a spring. To open just push on the top of the LCD (the black/silver part thatís facing you) and the monitor pops out a little, then pull it all the way out and up. To close - repeat in the reverse order. It is a very good mechanism and it works well.

Black part is the back of the housing and silver is the front.
